Returns and refunds policy,

We do not offer refund in monetary (CASH) value for products that have been returned, however we offer the same priced (monies) in voucher that can be be redeemed on our website only or an exchange policy for another product of the same monetary value.

1. Refunds are only redeemable by vouchers that can be used on our website, we do not refund monies. However, please note that we may not issue a refund/voucher if the product(s) has been damaged and caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. We will not issue a voucher refund of the price paid before we are able to inspect the products.
2. The refund voucher will be ready 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the products back to us; or
3. 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract

6. You must contact us within 7 days for all UK customers, or 14 days for all international customers from the original shipping date, to be eligible for an exchange of the product(s) bought.
7. Monae.co.uk will then provide you with an address to return your item to.
8. Please note that Monae.co.uk does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us, this will be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. Monae.co.uk does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
10. The return must get to us within 7 days UK & 14 days other countries around the world from the date you have contacted us about your return.
11. We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. Monae.co.uk will review the item and check these requirements have been adhered to and review the reported fault or damage. Monae.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is damaged/faulty and returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship this out to you.
12. 2. If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 365 days of your original purchase.
13. 3. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure that you prolong the life of your Item. Monae.co.uk offers a no-warranty policy for our pieces.
14. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
15. We are unable to process product return or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
