Please make sure you are the registered cardholder and of legal age. A Valid ID/documentation must be available to us if required/requested. Once you have browsed through the site and selected a gown(s), Boa’s of your choice then add to cart and continue checkout then with the payment.
When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Then you can Track your order for regular updates. Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account. Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 9pm (10pm for Evening Delivery) so your order could arrive in the evening. If you’re not in when the courier tries to deliver don’t panic! They’ll leave a calling card with further instructions.
Cancellation: We can attempt to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing, please chat below ASAP to request this. This can’t be guaranteed! After this time we can’t cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items for free within 14 days of receiving your order. View our returns terms for more info. Amendment: We’re quick at processing orders so any changes must be made before you click ‘Pay Securely’. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order. If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please chat below ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted..
We aim to get your parcel ready and shipped out the next working day. Please Note- If you have selected the Gown’s sleeve option there will be a delayed time due to customising the sleeves. With our courier they aim to deliver your parcel between 2-4 days. Standard (2-4 day service)

We do ship worldwide but various locations will be subject to import and duty taxs of there own countries so please check with your local offices the charges before purchasing.

We have made the gowns with a bit of a gather, as they are not supposed to be tight fitted, also we have completed with the gowns with belts with preferences of tightness………

This product is made of real feathers that have been sewn onto string. There will be some shedding. Please give boa a good shake to rid of any loose feathers before wearing. Try to avoid getting it wet as it’s not colourfast
